Is a tune-up the same as the Care Plan?
No. A $59 tune-up is a one-time 20-point inspection with routine outdoor condenser-coil cleaning. The Care Plan is an annual service-plan option; the office can explain the current plan scope.
Are repairs included?
Repair needs, parts, refrigerant, deep cleaning, and other work are evaluated separately. Bradford explains the finding and provides written options before approved repair work begins.
