2-Year Workmanship Guarantee
If anything goes wrong with your installation in the first 2 years, Bradford comes back and makes it right — at no charge. This covers the labor and craftsmanship of the install itself, above and beyond the manufacturer's parts warranty.
10-Year Registered Manufacturer Warranty
As an authorized Trane and RunTru dealer, Bradford registers your full 10-year parts warranty in your name at no extra cost. You get a copy emailed to you at install — proof your coverage is active. (Unregistered systems only get 5 years.)
30-Day Price Lock
The price Bradford quotes is the price you pay. Written estimates are valid for 30 days with no surprise add-ons at install. The only exception is a structural issue discovered during installation that wasn't visible during the assessment — and Bradford discloses that policy upfront.
$0 Service Call With Repair
When you approve a repair, Bradford waives the service call fee. You're not paying just to have someone show up and diagnose the problem.
Documented Install
Every install includes photos, refrigerant readings, and system specs emailed to you at job close — so you have a record of exactly what was done and how. Most contractors don't provide this.
No-Pressure Consultation

Bradford will review their quote line-by-line with you. If it's apples-to-apples, Bradford will tell you honestly. If the other quote is missing the 10-year warranty activation or uses non-OEM parts, Bradford will explain the difference.
