10-Year Labor & Workmanship Guarantee
If anything goes wrong with your installation due to Bradford's workmanship, we come back and make it right — at no charge. Trane systems (XR17/XL18/XV20i) get 10 years. RunTru and XR16 get 5 years. This is in writing, signed at the table.
10-Year Registered Manufacturer Warranty
As an authorized Trane and RunTru dealer, Bradford registers your full 10-year parts warranty in your name at no extra cost. You get a copy emailed to you at install — proof your coverage is active. (Unregistered systems only get 5 years.)
No Surprise Charges — Ever
The price Ken quotes is the price you pay. No add-ons after we start. If something unexpected comes up during installation, Ken calls you first — before any extra work begins. No holding your job hostage mid-install.
$0 Service Call With Repair

Documented Install
