OPEN POSITIONS
💰 Pay: Hourly + flat rate — competitive, DOE
🗓️ Start availability: after January 4
Install new residential HVAC systems (split systems and package units) in the Surprise/West Valley area. Work directly alongside Ken on installs. This is a hands-on role with real growth opportunity as Bradford scales.
Requirements
- 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain)
- AZ ROC license preferred (Bradford will support obtaining)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail — Bradford's reputation depends on quality installs

No prior HVAC experience required. Learn the trade from the ground up by assisting on residential installations, handling materials, and building toward a full installer role. We are looking for someone eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and ready to bring a great personality to a small residential team.
Install Helper — Must-Haves
Eager to learn. Motivated to succeed. A great personality. A clean driving record. Eligible to pass a criminal-background screening for in-home residential work, consistent with applicable law.

Field Advisor
Future OpportunityA future field-leadership opportunity for an experienced, customer-facing team member who sets the standard for homeowner care, clear communication, mentorship, teamwork, dependable attendance, and accountability. This is not a sales-only role: the Field Advisor helps homeowners make sound decisions while supporting the crew and protecting Bradford's service standard on every job.
Service Technician
Future OpportunityDiagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Perform tune-ups and maintenance. Requires EPA 608 and strong diagnostic skills.
Office Manager / Dispatcher
Future OpportunityOwn scheduling, customer communication, HCP management, and administrative operations. Bradford's first dedicated office role.
