💰 Pay: Hourly + flat rate — competitive, DOE
Install new residential HVAC systems (split systems and package units) in the Surprise/West Valley area. Work directly alongside Ken on installs. This is a hands-on role with real growth opportunity as Bradford scales.
Requirements
- 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain)
- AZ ROC license preferred (Bradford will support obtaining)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail — Bradford's reputation depends on quality installs

- Ability to work in Arizona heat (attic and rooftop work)
