5Outdoor condenser and airflow inspection
6Condensate drain and visible pan inspection

TUNE-UP QUESTIONS

What is included in Bradford’s $59 AC tune-up?

The $59/unit tune-up includes a 20-point inspection and a written summary of what was checked. The visit is intended to identify maintenance needs and help you decide what—if anything—should be addressed before the hottest part of the season.

Does the $59 tune-up include repairs, refrigerant, or deep coil cleaning?

No. Repairs, refrigerant, and any deep cleaning are separate if needed and are explained before work is approved. Routine condenser-coil cleaning may be part of normal maintenance; deep cleaning caused by heavy buildup, vegetation, or similar conditions is not included in the tune-up price.

What if the tune-up finds a problem?

Bradford explains the finding and provides written options. You can approve a repair, schedule it later, or use the information to compare repair and replacement paths. There is no obligation to approve additional work during the visit.

How often should an Arizona AC be checked?

Many homeowners schedule maintenance before the summer season because desert heat places long operating demands on an air conditioner. Bradford can help you decide whether a tune-up, diagnosis, repair, or system comparison is the appropriate next step.

What is the difference between a tune-up and a repair visit?

A tune-up is planned maintenance. If the system has stopped cooling or has a specific fault, book AC repair so Bradford can diagnose the issue. The service call is $0 with an approved repair; if no repair is performed, the diagnostic fee is $59.
