Bradford's $59 tune-up includes a 20-point inspection: thermostat calibration, electrical connections check, capacitor and contactor test, refrigerant level check, coil cleaning (basic wash), filter replacement (1 standard filter included), condensate drain flush, blower motor inspection, and a full system performance report. If we find anything that needs repair, we quote it upfront before touching it.
